The Interim Managers appointed by members of the Interim Management Association (IMA) consistently feed back on the satisfaction of having successfully delivered to challenging Interim assignments. They enjoy the variety of regularly moving into new environments to bring fresh ideas to apparently intractable problems. They relish the opportunity to stretch themselves but in the context of being well matched to the task and applying their depth of relevant knowledge and expertise.
To help aspiring Interim Managers get started, the IMA have created a one-day workshop to enable delegates to make an informed decision on whether Interim Management is right for them and, if so, how to make it a reality. The work-shop also helps established Interim Managers to refresh, for example in networking and self marketing.
