In March 2008, Tony and his management team benefitted significantly from the strategic sale of one of it's most successful businesses, Antal International Russia Ltd to the FiveTen Group. It was the largest ever recruitment company deal in Eastern Europe for a British acquirer. It proved that a business service can be built from zero in one of the most challenging business environments that exist. "We are very proud to be have built substantial capital value and crystallised that value in a majority cash deal" say's Tony.
