He is the author of Deciding Who Leads: How Executive Recruiters Drive, Direct & Disrupt the Global Search for Leadership Talent (April 2008, Davies-Black Publishing) and his views have been cited in The Economist, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and other media around the world. He previously worked for eight years as Editor of Kennedy's Executive Recruiter News.
