The Leadership Development function at Standard Chartered Bank provides individual facilitation to the top 150 leaders globally. These already successful bankers are encouraged to develop their self-awareness, leverage their strengths and maximise the engagement of their teams.

We have a highly successful coaching programme that is based on establishing a close working relationship with external coached, focusing coaching on developing strengths not fixing weaknesses and creating a status around being coached.

During the session we will look at

  • how we engage and motivate successful corporate leaders
  • how we create a successful and productive relationship between organisation, coach and executive
  • Our groudrule for effective corporate coaching
