Who Attends?
Job Seekers
Job seekers will be attracted to EREC 2008 by the publicity surrounding the event. We have allocated a six figure sum to our marketing budget and are developing marketing collateral to target the right type of candidate.
Job hunting can be an exhausting, frustrating and stressful process - and it can be made infinitely easier by attending EREC 2008. The exhibition offers candidates a wealth of opportunities that they can research, discuss and apply for, all under one roof over a two day period.
Our full range of exhibition seminars is designed to make a visit to any visit to EREC 2008 essential for the job seeker, providing insights into opportunities they may not have considered, and insights to improve their marketability.
We have to take care to get the right balance of exhibitors between executive search and selection companies, larger corporates, online job boards, interim management and contracting, outplacement services, franchises, and executive services. Too many or too few in any one category may lead to disappointment.

HR Decision Makers will be targeted to attend the EREC conference which is inviting a number of prominent speakers to weigh into the talent management market, explaining current thinking and looking into what's in store in the future.
We have teamed up with HR Director magazine who have helped us put the conference programme together and will be supporting our sales and marketing drive.
We have the capacity to accommodate 500 delegates at the conference.
Conference delegates have free entry into the Exhibition and the conference programme has been developed to allow time to visit.
